Aisling Bea
Aisling B a is born on 16 March 1984 in Kildare Ireland. She was seen on QI along as well as Stephen Fry. Aisling O'Sullivan, more popularly known as her stage title Aisling Bea (born March 16, 1984), is an Irish actor, writer and stand-up comic. Bea began her stand-up show in 2011, after appearing in small parts on several Irish TV shows as well as British shows since the year 2009. As early as 2012 Bea began appearing on sketch comedy shows or sitcoms. In 2012, after winning an award in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards she began to appear regularly on numerous panel shows for which she is now a regular. She was a captain of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team from 2016-2017 and is an ongoing contestant on its spinoff show, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Born in the family of Brian O'Sullivan and his wife, she is the mother of one sister named Sinead. She was only the second ever woman to win So You Think You're Funny. Bea is her maiden name in honour of her deceased father. Aisling Cliodhnadh was born March 16, 1984, in Kildare Town in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian died at the age of three. He was a horse veterinary. Bea wasn't told the specifics of his passing before she reached the age of 13. In honor of her father, she adopted the stage name Bea and in 2017 published an article on suicides in her family members for The Guardian. Bea (and her younger sister Sinead) were raised in the same home as Helen Moloney who was a teacher and jockey trainer who was a professional jockey. The family was in love with racing meetings and horses. Bea started out as a tourist guide at Irish National Stud. But she realized her passion was for performing and not racing.
